We are a startup company trying to break into the market. While we hold some stock, we work with wholesalers who supply outfits we don't have in stock within 3 working days. As soon as we receive your order, we will order the outfit specially for you and dispatch it as soon as we receive it. We'll keep you updated at every step so you know when to expect your outfit(s).

You can return outfits within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding courier costs), provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please enclose a completed Returns Form inside the package, which you will find on the back of your invoice. You can use your preferred courier or Royal Mail to return your outfits. We recommend choosing a tracked method to ensure they get back to us. Currently, we cannot cover the cost of returns postage but hope to in the future.

Before you start shopping, it's a good idea to know your measurements, as different manufacturers have different sizing. Check the size measurements for each outfit to find the right size for you. Each outfit contains sizing information in the product details to help you get the correct measurements.

We are a fledgling company based in North Buckinghamshire. Kate, the Company's Director, has decades of customer service experience and wants every customer to feel valued and receive the best service possible. All of our products are sourced from reputable UK designers.

No, we don't currently have a physical store—we are exclusively online, which allows us to keep our products affordable. However, we do have a small stock of dresses from various designers that you are welcome to try on at our base in North Buckinghamshire.
